Stress has an impact on our lives. We don't always notice just how stress is impacting our lives when it is happening, but would come to recognize it when it is shown through how we are feeling mentally, emotionally, and physically. How did you notice for yourself that stress in your life was revealing itself to you and what can you do to reduce the effect of it in your life?

There are all kinds of stressors in our lives. Stress can cause people to feel overwhelmed, anxious, fearful, agitated, angry, etc... Sometimes, people could feel that it impacts their ability to thinking clearly which could have a negative impact on their decision-making skills.
“The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another.”~William James
Knowing what triggers this stress response in yourself is important so you can manage the impact of stress in your life better. Ask yourself, what are my stress triggers? When has something caused you to feel out of sorts? Notice your quality of sleep. Notice your eating habits. Start jotting those down for yourself so you can begin to learn more about yourself and ways stress is having an impact on your life. Begin to make changes in your life about how you think about them.
